This is Janus Tiu's portfolio, a collection of things made after work. These terms cover your use of it. By using the site, you agree to them.

Who we are

This site is run by Liftyz Consulting Inc. (“Liftyz”, “we”, “us”), Janus Tiu's company, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at hello@janustiu.com.

Using the site

You're welcome to look around, play with the box, try the projects and share links to anything here. Please don't:

try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or the services it runs on;
scrape or copy the site in bulk;
use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms others.

Our work

Unless it says otherwise, everything on this site, including its text, images, videos, 3D models, design and code, is owned by Liftyz Consulting Inc. or its licensors. You can share links and short excerpts with credit to Janus Tiu. Please ask us before copying, republishing or using any of it commercially.

Names and logos of other companies mentioned here, such as Replit, Cursor, Figma, Anthropic and Vercel, belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse this site, except where a partnership is stated.

Partnerships

Some projects were made in partnership with the companies credited on their exhibit cards, and this site itself was made in a paid partnership with Vercel.

The projects

Each project is its own website, shown here in a browser window or linked to directly. They're personal experiments, offered as they are: they can change, break or go offline at any time. Each one may have its own terms, and anything you share on one, such as advice you leave on Life Advice from Strangers, is handled there.

Other sites

Links to other sites are there for your convenience. We're not responsible for their content or how they work, and their own terms apply.

No warranties

The site and the projects are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise they'll be accurate, always available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither Liftyz Consulting Inc. nor Janus Tiu is liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any loss of data or profit, arising from your use of the site or the projects. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Ontario.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
