A little too online. Always making something.

I’m Janus Tiu, a staff product designer, creator, and educator based in Toronto.

I’m also a self-confessed social media addict and gamer, so designing social products for players at Electronic Arts feels like living the dream.

Outside work, I explore where AI and design meet, and build whatever I want without a KPI in sight. I share my process, design experiments and tips online with a lovely community of 150k followers across platforms, from all over the world.

I also teach design part-time. Recently I was a guest lecturer in the University of Waterloo’s interaction design program, and I’m a subject matter expert for Western Governors University, which means I review their design curriculum.
